👩🏻‍🍳All right, that’s enough cheekiness from my side - now let’s get cooking 😜 Place two sea bass fillets, skin side down on an oiled baking tray. Cover with fresh breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper and a handful of chopped fresh herbs. Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180C. Serve with blanched samphire, lamb lettuce and @Maille Bearnaise sauce. Be generous with the sauce: it’s nice and silky, with a delicate flavour of mustard and tarragon 👌
