Cut the halloumi cheese and the vegetables into even cubes (except of the cherry tomatoes)
Add them onto the wodden or metallic skewers
Sprinkle some olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice, some sea salt (not too much, as the cheese is a bit salty) and fresly ground black pepper
Cook on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side
Serve warm, with a glass of chilled white wine :)
