This is a sample Fish Menu suitable for parties of 2 to 12 persons. The menu includes seasonal, sustainable sourced fish and seafood and can be adapted to suit your and your guests’ preferences. The menu can be adapted for various dietary requirements, food allergies/intolerances. Please feel free to discuss any special requirement before booking.

Scallops w/ Buttered Greens and Confit Garlic Aioli Crostini

Main Course: 

Pan-Fried Seabass w/ Mash Potatoes and Chef’s Signature Sauce Vierge

Dessert:

Chef’s Signature Lemon Tart

I am a classically trained chef, with a BSc in Culinary Arts and a Masters Degree in Food Business Management. I currently work as a Hospitality Lecturer at London College of Contemporary Arts and at the University of East London. I teach subjects focused on: Food, Society and Culture; Diet & Nutrition; Event Management as well as Marketing and Social Media for Hospitality. I am also a guest lecturer at the University of West London (my Alma Mater), where I teach Restaurant Reviewing and Social Media for Restaurants.
