Lamb and spring greens

This is a sample Spring Menu suitable for parties of 2 to 12 guests. I have designed this menu in collaboration with Chef Razvan Florea, who will be more than happy to join me in cooking for your party. The menu includes seasonal, sustainably sourced ingredients and can be adapted to suit your and your guests’ preferences. The menu can be adapted for various dietary requirements, food allergies/intolerances. Please feel free to discuss any special requirement before booking.

Starter:

Spinach, Watercress and Wild Rocket Soup

Main Course: 

Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Spring Greens

Dessert:

Vanilla Pannacotta with Strawberry Compote and Fresh Mint

I am a classically trained chef, with a BSc in Culinary Arts and a Masters Degree in Food Business Management. I currently work as a Hospitality Lecturer at London College of Contemporary Arts and at the University of East London. I teach subjects focused on: Food, Society and Culture; Diet & Nutrition; Event Management as well as Marketing and Social Media for Hospitality. I am also a guest lecturer at the University of West London (my Alma Mater), where I teach Restaurant Reviewing and Social Media for Restaurants.
